Creamy Avocado Ranch Dip

A really fun and easy snack or side dish for adults and kids alike is crudité…And crudité is ALWAYS better with dip, right?

Here is a SUPER healthy dip I made for my kiddos the other day.  I have made many variations in the past, but this time I wrote down what I did because a friend was asking about it. She loved this version and so did my husband and family.  We devoured an entire double-batch at our “Apps and Zerts” party last week!

It is creamy, and zingy, and full of healthy fats…and the yogurt gives you a little boost of probiotics! 

I use my immersion blender to make mine…if you don’t have one, they are fairly affordable and make small jobs like this a piece of cake.  You could also use a Magic Bullet if you have one of those!

Creamy Avocado Ranch Dip

Serves 4

This dip is zingy and refreshing and makes it super easy to get your daily dose of raw veggies.


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon, juiced (Or 1-2 drops lemon essential oil)
  • 2-4 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper


Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar or the bowl that came with your immersion blender. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.
Step 2
Serve with your favorite veggies or chips, or as a topping for burgers or tacos.
