A really fun and easy snack or side dish for adults and kids alike is crudité…And crudité is ALWAYS better with dip, right?
Here is a SUPER healthy dip I made for my kiddos the other day. I have made many variations in the past, but this time I wrote down what I did because a friend was asking about it. She loved this version and so did my husband and family. We devoured an entire double-batch at our “Apps and Zerts” party last week!
It is creamy, and zingy, and full of healthy fats…and the yogurt gives you a little boost of probiotics!
Creamy Avocado Ranch Dip

- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lemon, juiced (Or 1-2 drops lemon essential oil)
- 2-4 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
|Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar or the bowl that came with your immersion blender. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.|
|Serve with your favorite veggies or chips, or as a topping for burgers or tacos.|
